High Speed Stamping

Srujana has multiple high speed stamping presses including Bruderer and Hensel in multi-locations. We have developed the capability to handle brass, copper, Phosphor Bronze, Berillium copper, Stainless Steel and CRCA. Inhouse capacity is in excess of 150 million components per month. We can supply components ranging from 0.15mm thick to 2.5mm thick.

Well equipped with automatic feeding and material handling capabilites ensure that the presses operate at high speeds. Our innovation is at the forefront to work on your complex requirements. Our precision stamping begins with high quality progressive dies.

We are capable of running speeds from 60 to 1200 SPM. Dimensions tolerance can be controlled within +/- 0.007 mm.
