Srujana has multiple high speed stamping presses including Bruderer and Hensel. We have developed the capability to handle wide range of materials such as brass, copper, Phosphor Bronze and CRCA. In-house capacity is more than 150 million components per month. We can supply components ranging from 0.12 mm thick to 5 mm thick.

Complex and intricate metal stamping. Automated feeder system.Inline inspection SPM’s provides continuous vision inspection on all reel-to-reel parts. A secondary operation is also available for the inspection of loose piece parts. Our advanced vision system detects defects in real-time so that they can be removed and addressed immediately. This process enables higher first-time quality percentages.
